Founder partner of Agrawal B. Kumar & Co., he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 with all India merit position in the intermediate. He has an extensive experience in the fields of taxation, corporate laws, audit etc. He worked with various organizations as internal auditor, chief accountant, and manager finance and company secretary before coming into full time practice. He has proficiency in rendering advisory services in respect of company law, income tax, accounting etc. Besides he has been a catalyst in escalating the portfolio of the firms’ services from the traditional audit and taxation to a range of services like business process outsourcing, mergers & acquisitions, project report & financing etc.
LIFE:
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1995 and has efficiently partnered in the enlargement of the firm. He has effectively handled accounting, auditing, compliance services, secretarial functions etc. He plays a key part in managing our regulatory compliances and liaison with third parties.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and has a comprehensive knowledge in the fields of accounting and administration. She plays an active part in Bank Audit and other Government related assignments.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and has comprehensive knowledge in the fields of audit, taxation & corporate law. He has a proficiency in handling all the NSE and BSE related work and has an expertise in handling Stock Broker’s Internal and Statutory Audit.
LIFE:
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010 and has joined the firm as a partner. He plays a key role in managing our regulatory compliances and has an expertise in ROC, Income Tax related matters. He also handles Stock Broker’s Internal & Statutory Audit. Besides above, he plays an active role in liasioning with all the NRI clients. He also handles International Taxation.
